Kevin is my Top Chef

I am officially posting my opinion about the Top Chef finale. Sad as I was to not see my own personal top three line up I watched hoping that Kevin would wow the judges. I love myself a good southern chef and especially someone who can really take the flavors I love and make them something beyond sophisticated. You go Kevin.

Also, though I may be a wellness coordinator by day, I love the fact that he keeps lard as one of his always on hand pantry ingredients.

Dear Kevin, if you are to somehow stumble upon my new and humble blog… I congratulate you on how well you did this season, and would like for you to know that you are my Top Chef. Continue being pork-fully awesome.

    Michael was my fav all season and Kevin was my second fav! Excited to say we’ll be dining at Kevin’s Atlanta restaurant after the holidays. I’ll give you my review ;)

    Did you watch the season with Richard? He was our all time fav contestant and his place is the only we’ve eaten at in ATL…3 times now…
