This weekend I’m taking off with a few close girlfriends to Austin. We plan on eating too much, laughing too much, and general shenanigans. In preparation  - I’m baking some tasty chocolate chip cookies for the road – and for the hubby to have on hand over the weekend. Lately I’ve been a little obsessed with chocolate chip cookies. I’ve making tons and tons of them. And my go to recipe for the moment is a recipe from the New York Times. They are pretty spectacular. I can’t really get enough of them.
